Refunds & Exchanges
If you believe that your dress contains a fault, or is not what you ordered:
Please contact us at info@203.170.84.89 with your invoice number, photos and a detailed explanation of the fault or issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
If we cannot resolve your concern via email or telephone, we may require you to return the dress to us can carefully assess the item upon return.
To be eligible for a replacement, repair or refund, all items must be postmarked returned to our Carnegie studio within 14 days of receipt:

All Tanya Didenko Couture dresses are handmade, all embellishments are hand beaded and most fabrics are natural silk. For this reason slight variations of colour in fabrics and small imperfections laces and embellishments are not to be considered faulty by Tanya Didenko Couture.
If we have made a mistake or if there is a fault in your dress, we will replace or repair your item and reimburse your return freight charges in AUD (only if a receipt is enclosed). Postage for your replacement item will not be charged.
If, after inspection, the dress passes our quality control checks, no replacement, repair or refund will be offered and the dress will be returned to you at your expense.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, replacement or repair, your dress must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags in place and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
Tanya Didenko Couture reserves the right to refuse a repair, replacement or refund if you do not notify us of the fault or issue within 7 days of receipt, and/or do not return the item upon request to our Carnegie studio within 14 days. This does not affect any statutory rights that may arise.
Tanya Didenko Couture cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of the returned goods during shipping.
